My sweater arrived last week, and I have now had an opportunity to wear it. It really does form to fit your shape. KD dance worked with me to find the optimal size for my measurements and even added some customization. The fit is great, comfortable, and flattering. Also, the sleeve length is perfect. I was concerned when it first arrived as it looked very small and when attempting to try it on, I had trouble sliding my arm into the sleeve. I gave up, not wanting to damage the garment.I called KD Dance, and spoke with Garvey about exchanging for a larger size. After determining my height (5'), he assured me that a small, with a little patience upon first wear should fit. He was right. After getting it on, it was a perfect fit. I wore the top for a few hours, took it off, and attempted to put it back on, and had no problem ... eased right on. The knit fabric is soft, and much sturdier than it appears; very form fitting without a strangulation factor. I have to assume from my purchase that all the colors shown are true. I ordered the purple and plan to order another soon. As an aside, my top has lightly ruffled sleeves (not shown), which was a pleasant surprise.
